Hotel Kyriad La Rochelle Centre Ville - La Rochelle (Charente-Maritime)

The receptionist provided valuable assistance in navigating the hotel access around the road closures, demonstrating a great level of customer service.

The hotel is not as centrally located as advertised, requiring an uncomfortable walk through poorly lit streets, which could be unsettling for some guests.

The quarter... No central location ! Called centre ville !

The beds are very comfortable, slept wonderfully

The staff were so cute and helpful. Loving the clean rooms and lekker brekkie options too! Plus, location's not bad, close enough to the action without the noise.

But, the design of the shower was a bit dodgy, I was finding it hard not to splash water everywhere.

Large immaculate room for four adults, tho only used three as one son was elsewhere. Large bathroom. Our room was for the handicapped because of a request for four so maybe therefore the large bath. Only stayed one night but would do so again.

Maybe not a great area for walking, and just a bit too far to walk into larger LaRochelle. But immaculate, and a good value.

The staff were warm and cute, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The breakfast offered a good variety, ensuring I had plenty to choose from each morning.

Room was quiet, clean and modern. Staff are friendly and the room was cleaned everyday. Location is fairly good , not too far from the station, a car is recommended though. . We didnt take the Breakfast option as it was €9 p.p and of continental style. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

The staff are pleasant, the hotel is pleasant and with magnificent location short walk to the historical centre of La Rochelle, the bus station from 5.30 am, and the city center.

Kyriad was somewhat of a letdown, definitely NOT a central hotel, as they claim. And climbing over locked gates? How thrilling and unsafe! With my status, I fully expected a complimentary drink or room upgrade. But alas, just a dated room with gray towels. I almost wrote a good review but just couldn't deal with the horrors.

The Hotel was modern and the facilities were very good. There was free Wifi in the room and it was excellent. The room had a balcony and was very comfortable. There was also free parking. The Hotel was about 15-20 minutes to main town.

There was no breakfast. The breakfast was very expensive. There was no english channels on the TV.

Pleasant and quiet place for overnight stay. Good and sensational breakfast with good food, combined with a welcoming service. Marvellous and perfect location, modern area, not far from the nearest shop, and the port area. Great choice for trip.

The Double Room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was equipped nicely, offering more than just the bare essentials.

Location claims to be central, but don't believe it unless you're a speedster-it's quite a trudge to the real center of town, and some streets are poorly lit were great. The towels in the room were hard and more grey than anything. Not exactly the plush experience you'd hope for.

Location close to the historic center was a big plus. Loved the comfortable bed and spacious room. The bathroom was quite nice, too. Staff were attentive. The breakfast options were limited and could use some improvement. A fridge in the room would have been great to store our snacks. The shower design could use some work since it splashed water everywhere. A decent place, but not without its quirks.

The particularly friendly staff and the always clean room as well as the exceptionally good pillows (viscoelastic pillows).

I would have liked to have had more types of bread for breakfast and for example scrambled eggs or another warm egg dish
